摩洛哥COC認證

2020年2月1日起，出口摩洛哥，所有在管制清單內的產品，都必須符合摩洛哥的技術法規及標準。根據產品的類別，驗證應在對應產品的出口國或目的國進行。所有受管制的產品必須獲得COC證書，才能順利清關，進入摩洛哥市場。

產品管制清單

該計劃核實各個出口國家的所有受管制產品是否符合相應規定，包括：

· Chemicals such as detergents, paint, bitumen, matches, lighters

例如洗滌劑、顏料、瀝青、火柴和打火機等的化學品

· Construction Materials such as (pipes, sheets, sanitary equipment, insulation, wooden panels, cement, windows, glass...)

建筑材料（管道、板材、衛浴設備、絕緣材料、木板、水泥、窗戶、玻璃等）

· Electricals and electronics

電子電器產品

· Gas, Oil Appliances

燃氣及燃油器具

· Textiles, leather, shoes and clothing

紡織品、皮革制品、鞋子和服飾類產品

· Personal Protective Equipment, motorcycle helmets

個人防護用品、摩托車頭盔

· Food contact materials such as kitchenware and      crockery

例如廚房用品和餐具的食品接觸材料

· Plastics

塑料制品

· Automotive spare parts including tyres

含輪胎在內的汽車配件

· Building products

建筑產品

· Toys, parks and baskets for children, baby diapers, furniture

玩具、兒童游樂設備及吊籃、兒童紙尿褲、家具

特殊產品需要通過目的地檢驗進行當地驗證。他們包含：

· Motor vehicle spare parts – Tyres, batteries, Brake linings (brake pads), Glazing, Filter

· elements, Mechanical control cable, Leaf springs

機動車配件-輪胎，電池，制動襯里(剎車片)，玻璃，過濾元件，機械控制電纜，鋼板彈簧

· Motorcycle spare parts – Air chambers

摩托車配件-氣室

· Construction products – Ceramic tiles, Cement, Sanitary products, Taps, Sealing sheets,

· Plastic tubes

建筑產品-瓷磚，水泥，衛生產品，水龍頭，密封片，塑料管

· Gas appliances – Gas heaters, Gas water heaters

煤氣用具-煤氣加熱器、煤氣熱水器

· Construction materials – Wire rod, Steel bars for reinforcement of concrete, Wood panels

建筑材料-線材，鋼筋混凝土，木板

· Electrical products – Mobile phone chargers, Circuit breakers

電子產品-移動電話充電器，斷路器

· Blankets, Rugs & carpets, Furnishings, Articles of clothing other than work clothing,

· Footwear other than personal protective equipment footwear, baby diapers, Non-woven fabric protective masks for non-medical use, Protective fabric masks for non-medical use.

毛毯、地毯、家具、工作服以外的衣物、個人防護裝備以外的鞋類、嬰兒尿布、非醫療用無紡布防護口罩、非醫療用防護口罩。

該符合性計劃確保此類產品符合適用的摩洛哥技術條例和質量標準，確保進口商品的質量和可靠性。

根據政府規定，針對摩洛哥的出口商必須提供符合性證書才能清關。該證書只能從如Intertek這類認可的檢驗機構活得。
